Meet the Team

Mrs Butcher – Assistant Principal/Head of School

I’m responsible for supporting every student in Inspiration to engage with their learning, enjoy the Academy experience and achieve their potential.  With the full support of the Inspiration team, we work hard to provide plenty of opportunities where every student, regardless of ability or individual strength, can strive to succeed.  We keep a close and careful eye on everyone to make sure all their learning needs are met.  In return, we expect every one to follow the code of conduct, work hard in lessons and at home to reach their targets and attend school every day.

Mr Hutchcraft – Student Progress Leader

Miss Vodden – Pastoral Leader

As Pastoral Leader I support all of the students within School Inspiration to ensure that they enjoy and achieve throughout all aspects of academy life.  I also ensure that students are safe and supported when in the academy and I strive to make close links with parents and outside agencies. It is also my responsibility to ensure that students are in school and aiming for 100% attendance.

Mrs Garbutt – Learning Mentor

My role is Learning Mentor for schools Inspiration and Motivation.  I work with students who need help to overcome barriers which can get in the way of their learning.

Mrs Twiby – Learning Support Assistant

As the Learning Support Assistant for Inspiration I work alongside teachers in the classroom to help students gain the most from their learning. I also work with individuals or small groups away from the classroom offering guidance and other interventions.
