Uniform

All students are required to wear the following:

• Black blazer with Academy logo. Students will wear these at all times
• Black trousers or skirt. Skirt length should be just above the knee, not too short. Trousers should be full length not knee length
• With skirts students should wear black or white socks or black or flesh coloured tights, no leggings
• Black shoes, no trainers, plimsolls or canvas shoes. No logos or colour flashes on the shoes. They can be slip on or have laced, buckle or Velcro fastening

Students can then choose from:

• White school shirt and Academy tie
• Or
• White polo shirt
• A black sleeveless v-necked jumper can be worn with either of the above, under blazer

PE Uniform

• Light blue polo shirt
• Navy tracksuit bottoms
• Navy shorts
• Navy football type socks
• Navy/sky blue rugby top (optional)

Please note that students MUST wear trainers or football boots for outdoor PE.  Plimsols and high-tops are not suitable footwear for outdoor activities

Also now available:  Optional PE Hoodie in sizes 12/13 (£12), S, M, L (£14)

Parents need to purchase the following from a retailer as they are not available from the Academy:-

• Black trousers or skirt
• Black shoes
• White shirts or blouses

Please note that the only items of clothing which can only be purchased directly from the Academy are the blazer and tie. We are more than happy for parents to purchase other items from alternative retailers to obtain value for money.

As part of our uniform standards and to avoid health and safety issues for students we ask that parents support us to ensure:

• Students do not attend the Academy with facial piercings (eyebrow, lip, nose) or tongue piercings
• Students do not attend the Academy with hair colourings that are not a natural colour e.g. blue, green, pink, red, purple etc
• Jewellery is kept to a minimum – no more than a watch, one pair of small stud earrings and one ring
